Buyer identity is fully protected throughout the reverse auction. Traders see only anonymized request details — quantity, grade, and budget range — with zero personally identifiable information until deal completion.

Trader bids are strictly confidential. Competing traders cannot view each other's offers. Trader identity remains private until the buyer selects their bid. Trader inventory, sourcing, and pricing strategies are never shared.

Transactions exceeding 50,000 SAR — including rare kyara, aged dehn al-oud, or institutional bulk orders — are governed by an enhanced confidentiality protocol. Transaction details, parties involved, and pricing are never disclosed to any third party.

Government entities, regulatory bodies, and corporations using Oud Index as a pricing reference are subject to a dedicated data governance framework. Institutional data is stored in isolated, encrypted environments and never used for commercial profiling.

Oud Index uses only essential cookies for session management and site functionality. No third-party advertising cookies are used. Analytics data is aggregated and fully anonymized.
