Oud Index is the world's first standardized agarwood price reference and reverse auction marketplace. By accessing Oud Index — as a buyer, trader, institution, or visitor — you accept these Terms in full.Oud Index هو أول مرجع عالمي موحّد لأسعار العود ومنصة المزاد العكسي. باستخدام Oud Index — مشترياً أو تاجراً أو هيئة أو زائراً — فأنت تقبل هذه الشروط بالكامل.
Oud Index operates as a neutral marketplace facilitator. We do not own, produce, or guarantee any oud products listed on the platform.يعمل Oud Index وسيطاً محايداً. لا نمتلك أو ننتج أو نضمن أي منتجات عود مدرجة في المنصة.

The Oud Index Reverse Auction operates on an inverse bidding model: buyers post purchase requests with a maximum budget — verified traders compete by submitting progressively lower prices. The buyer selects the most competitive offer.يعمل مزاد Oud Index العكسي بنموذج المزايدة العكسية: يُرسل المشترون طلبات بميزانية قصوى — ويتنافس التجار الموثّقون بأسعار تنازلية. يختار المشتري العرض الأكثر تنافسية.

• Pay 200 SAR posting fee
• Honor selected offer within 48h

• دفع عمولة المنصة ٣-٥٪

• الالتزام بالعروض عند الاختيار
• توقيع اتفاقية منع التحايل

03 / ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
Anti-Circumvention Agreement
اتفاقية منع التحايل — إلزامية
All traders must sign the Anti-Circumvention Agreement before submitting any bid. Direct contact with buyers discovered through Oud Index is prohibited outside the platform for 24 months from first contact.يجب على جميع التجار توقيع اتفاقية منع التحايل قبل تقديم أي عرض. يُحظر التواصل المباشر مع المشترين خارج المنصة لمدة ٢٤ شهراً من أول تواصل.
⚠ Violation incurs a penalty of 20% of estimated deal value or 5,000 SAR — whichever is greater — plus immediate suspension of trader verification.⚠ الانتهاك يُفضي إلى غرامة ٢٠٪ من القيمة التقديرية أو ٥,٠٠٠ ريال — أيهما أكبر — مع تعليق التوثيق فوراً.
04 / PRICING REFERENCE
Oud Index as a Pricing Reference
مؤشر العود كمرجع تسعيري
Oud Index price data may be used as a benchmark for oud valuation, insurance, estate, and institutional procurement. Institutional use in official documents requires a signed licensing agreement. Prices update weekly based on verified transactions.يمكن استخدام بيانات مؤشر العود كمرجع تقييم لأغراض التأمين والتركات والمشتريات المؤسسية. الاستخدام المؤسسي في الوثائق الرسمية يستلزم اتفاقية ترخيص موقّعة. تُحدَّث الأسعار أسبوعياً.
05 / QUALITY STANDARDS
Quality Standards for Rare Oud
معايير جودة نوادر العود
Traders must accurately declare origin, grade, and characteristics of all listed oud — including Hindi Amfal, Ceylani, Cambodian, and Kyara. Misrepresentation constitutes fraud and results in immediate de-listing and legal action.يجب على التجار الإفصاح بدقة عن منشأ ودرجة وخصائص كل عود مدرج — بما يشمل الهندي الأمفال والسيلاني والكمبودي والكيارا. التضليل يُعدّ احتيالاً ويُفضي إلى الإلغاء الفوري.

Grade B+: Moroki / Sri Lankan Premium | Grade B: Standard Commercial A+: هندي أمفال / كيارا | A: سيلاني / كمبودي درجة أولى

07 / DISPUTES
Dispute Resolution
حل النزاعات
Disputes are first submitted to the Oud Index mediation panel. If unresolved within 14 days, they are referred to the competent commercial court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.تُحال النزاعات أولاً إلى لجنة وساطة Oud Index. إذا لم تُحل خلال ١٤ يوماً، تُحال إلى المحكمة التجارية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
